A close-up capture of some lilac blossoms shot early last June. These are from a bush in the front yard that my grandfather planted some 30-40 years (or more) ago. Cuttings from the plant have been shared around with family and friends. The bushes are long overdue for a trimming and are getting crowded out by a pine tree. But they continue to put out these lovely blossoms every year. I didn't do much post-photo work on this outside of some lighting corrections and adding the frame. I dedicate the photo to Pat, aka icedancer, for her friendship and encouragement. But she won't see this for a few days as her computer is in the shop (again). Enjoy and your comments welcomed as always.
