Or as I like to call it image #3382. As usual, I have no idea what this tiny little flowers are. Outside the fact they are growing in a small patch on the side lawn and that they are pink in colour. Enjoy and your comments welcomed.

It almost looks like some kind of phlox, but phlox usually grows flowers in a cluster.

Hi, Wendell...
Well, what can I say? I have viewed on commented on 15 shots tonight. 13 of them were flower photos. Yours is as good as any of the photos, but they're still flowers. I simply cannot comment on any more flower photos. I am unable and unwilling. Sorry, I’ve fallen and I can’t get up because I’ve been buried in flowers. I am overdosed on flowers. I have a terminal case of flowers. I am headed to the E.R. so that the doctors can pump my eyes.

Lovely capture of these dainty pink blossoms, with great detail... I can even see their furry stems! Nice DOF too. I believe they are called "Sticky Catchfly" or more commonly known as "Wild Pink" . So, you were definitely on the right track :) Well done, Wendell! Faved.

I wish I'd read Lori's comment before I went digging around in my gardening books trying to identify these, Wendell. Would have saved a lot of time.
An excellent capture and presentation.

Wendell - Now you know the flower name in addition to knowing how pretty they are. Thad

I think it's an excellent shot Wendell - great clarity on the center flowers and nice DOF and blurring on the others. Poor Roger out there in burned up California - severe case of flower envy!
