I ran into Winston a few years back while walking through the park. I snapped this shot as he was launching into one of his speeches that stirred the spirits of his fellow forest denizens. When I left they were off to fight some beached whales or fight for beached whales. He was talking so fast I might have missed the gist of the speech.

Wendell - And, if you look carefully at his right paw, he is forming a 'V' in the classic Churchill manner. Between the British dialect and the darned cigar, it is a wonder you could understand anything he was saying. Perhaps he was saying, "God save Wales" and you mistook what was said. I really like your shot and your narrative, Wendell. You have funny looking brown squirrels in your neck of the woods. This guy is really tackling a mouthful with that acorn that is half as big as his head. I am, however, shocked and appalled to see some background noise in your shot. Other than a busy background, this one is a beauty. Let me be the first to use the words sweet, cute and adorable in my comments.
