This time it seems to be a couple of bird feathers that have caught my attention for some reason. Might have been the fiery bloke doing all the screaming nearby had a little something to do with it as well. But now we'll never know.

Not really sure what to make of this one folks. Enjoy and your comments welcomed.

I would have CSI check the feathers for melted wax Wendell. A good contrast of colors. I am tickled to see some green.

Excellent, sharp detail, Wendell, on the feathers. A nicely composed shot. Some of the longer strands of grass are a bit distracting and almost look inorganic and/or oversaturated. Are you sure the feathers didn't come from yesterday's flying squirrel?

Are these feathers the remains of your flying squirrel?? The feathers have landed in a wonderful array of nice green moss and other nice green plants! No better place to come to rest. Great sharp shot!

I like this as it leaves the story behind the feathers as a mystery.

i totally was going to ask if you saturated the grass, and if you sharpened the feather in the upper left while leaving the grass unfocused, because i am trying to be like the cool photography kids but I am definitely a lame duck.

It caught your attention because it is very fluffy, Wendell! Fantastic green frame to these fluffies.

Wendell - As the saying goes, feather of same bird flock together. A very creative title to match the scene. Thad
