A scene from further up the unbeaten path in the park. I managed to make it this far without getting wet feet. Next trip I'll pick a dryer path just to be on the safe side as the galoshes are in the shop being repaired.

Enjoy and your comments welcomed.

What a spectacular shot of a beer bottle, Wendell. It adds some color and verve to this otherwise drab scene. The waterfalls and vegetation are somewhat of a distraction, but the bottle has been perfectly placed to create a flawless composition. The long exposure indicates that you brought along your tripod on this trek. My beer bottle shots also require a tripod to steady my hand. I'm not sure why you would lug along a tripod and not a blow dryer in case your socks get wet. I would say that this is one of your best beer bottle shots. This should garner a C-Index well above 25.

I think both you and Dots have been "hittin' the bottle" Wendel. The water looks something like pure Rocky Mountain spring water, but the bottle is the wrong color. The milking water is where the foam come from. Good scene.

Caught the beer bottle too - accident of nature? Like the water very rough and tumble.

I am surprised you did not get your feet wet,is that your bottle of beer left on the rock in the upper left and side of this beautiful looking shot? This is a beautiful looking scenic shot of a woodland river, well done.

Wendell
You need to pull a Paul and just jump in and get a little wet. Makes it faster to get up the stream! I have to admit I do like the looks of this place a lot! The steam and those trees looks very good together. Really a well done shot for being dry.

Beautiful work on this dandy shot, Wendell. I love the color saturation, and the long exposure on the water. Well done.
