These would be, unless I got very confused in the order in which the photos were taken, the flowers growing on the trellis found in one of my earlier posts. ...insert link here... Anything is possible with my scattered mind.

Another experiment in editing. Tried a little of this and some of that. Tried to stay away from the other stuff. Won't know how successful I was until you tell me.

Enjoy and your comments welcomed.

What a lovely red! I like the framing provided by the fence...nice cropping.

Wendell...I would like to know what sort of experimentation you did on this shot. I asked you yesterday about FotoSketcher, and I'm wondering if that's what you used to get the dreamy, silky look to the flowers in the shot because this was the look I was reaching for in "Flower - 3" which unfortunately I never got. If you indeed used FotoSketcher, do you recall the settings you used. I guess PhotoShop allows you to access portions of the shot for certain kinds of editing. I still haven't figured out how to do that.

Bottom line: Lovely work on isolating the flowers and creating that silky look. The background foliage and trellis seem to have the more "normal" look. By the way, you might try that "ShiftN" program since this shot is leaning right. :-) A solid 6.7564284 out of 10 and not a billionth less.

Very nice experimenting - I like the composition with the trellis wood to the right.

I like how you snuck up on the flower and found it resting comfortably on the trellis Wendell. Crisp colors and good contrasts.
