...as in I don't know what to call this. Or for that matter what exactly it is outside of a poorly shot photo. All I had to do was go back in the house get the tripod, drag it outside, set it up and take a shot that was in focus. But that seemed like a lot of work. I mean I was all the way out in the wilds of the backyard. A land that hadn't seen a good lawn-mowing or what passes for one in these parts in the last 5 months. And this immovable, inorganic object might have decided to sprout legs and move before I got back.

Then again I think I made most of that up. But I'm still not going to tell you what it is.

Enjoy and your comments welcomed.

Wendell...I think you chose wisely in calling this an abstract. For the life of me, I can't figure out what this is or was. My first inclination told me that there were spider webs involved but that seems unlikely. Then I thought I spied a good hacker (or worse) on the glass on the left, but that also seemed unlikely. Cracked glass? Nope. Your neighbor's pet coyote? I don't think so. Whatever it is, it's unfocused which helps little in the identification process. Congratulations on stumping the heck out of me on this one.

I may be schizophrenic, but at least I have each other.

It looks like premature photoulation Wendell. That's when your camera goes off before you want it to. It has happened to me many times and I never knew what it was. It has gone off in my pocket too. A lot of those shots I never figured out. I think this is one just like them.
It is like anything else. The more you take photos, the more control you have.
Interesting shot.

People are like cameras--sometimes they lose focus.

I think I still see the spider webs maybe with some rain or water droplets or then again I may be entirely all wet.

Reminds me of something electrical, and yet it is water. Interesting.
