I liked this one on Facebook, but I think that you've done some editing on this version because it's nearly flawless. I can see that Doris needs some tips on her table manners but doesn't seem shy about posing for you. I like the juxtaposition of the current and previous shots. She looks good for her age, and the flies seem to agree that she looks absolutely delicious. Excellent lighting, wonderful detail work, fine clarity and excellent composition. Nicely blurred background, and those eye lashes are something special. Faves for me.
Beautifully balance subject and composition, Wendell. I think I'd have washed her face, whether she liked it or not. Definitely one of, if not your best shot.
I think she ate the last Soylent Green wafer Wendell. Just think, Edward G. Robinson expired in the making of them. Wait until Judah Ben-Hur hooks her up to a chariot and then we will see how frisky she is. There is going to be hell to pay, that's for sure. I like the bright colors and the clarity.
A fantastic capture, perfectly composed and clarity and focus are spot on. I also love the contrasting colours. That green really catapults 'Doris' into the viewers eye! Stunning!
He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the almighty. I will say of the Lord, "He is my refuge and my fortress, my God in whom i trust". Psalm 91: 1 and 2
At least she wasn't shouting obscenities @ you here, like she appeared to be in the previous image link...Apparantely, you blew her cover...Nice one...Faved...
Great looking photography and nice to see this animal enjoying it's dinner with a stumped look on it's face, made me laugh to i cried lol.Great detail and beautiful natural colours in this photo.I also love how you captured the light in the deer's eyes too.
