I'm assuming the plot thickens as the summer progresses otherwise this makes for some pretty slim reading. Some flowering trees/bushes/shrubbery as seen down at the duck pond park. I further assume the ducks use the flowers in some bizarre mating ritual performed under the dark of the moon away from prying eyes. Or they use them to lure visitors to the park and then mug them for bread crumbs. Or it could be one of those birds and bees things we're never meant to understand but act like we do to save the embarrassment.

Not the angle I wanted but the only one I could use to hide the things you were never meant to see or would complain about. I distinctly remember shooting this last Saturday. I was forced to wait out a rain shower or two and managed to escape with my bread crumbs intact. Who knew ducks didn't like rainy weather.

Enjoy and your comments welcomed.

There might be a little arsenic and old lace intermingled within the flower bed Wendell. Better save this shot for the authorities.
It is one of your better one anyway.

Those beautiful trees are Red Horse Chestnuts Wendell and I like this very much - the perspective and angle are good with the foreground tree appearing much larger. Very nice one.

The reason why the sun sets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB

This is a lovely capture of these Red Horse Chestnuts. They will be growing alot more over the coming years though. I see them over here in England about 30 feet or more high. I love your narratives, not only just on this image but on others too. They always cheer me up with your observations of things and people - you have a brilliant way of putting it. Brilliant work and well done!

I have to agree with Rob. Wendell. This is an "ecellent angel". I can barely see its wings and halo, but there they are. As if I could speak Dutch in a million years.

The shot seemed to be perfect until I downloaded it and noticed what appears to be a finger print just top right of the conifer on the left.

Your best narrative in months and one of your finest images in my tiny mind. No noise, no halos or wings, wonderful composition, lovely colors, fine focus and no noticeable bread crumbs.
