The story remains the same but identities have been changed to protect the innocent. Well that plus the threat of lawsuits if they were mentioned.

This would be the second end table. Which for some reason was always way over in the corner nowhere near the traditional place setting associated with end tables. And it was infected with doilies.

This would also be the end of the series. I had run out of designs and available tables by this point and was told in no uncertain terms that the kitchen table was off limits.

Enjoy and your comments welcomed.

A round painting on a square table says a lot about how you think Wendell. Round hole, square peg syndrome.
Again your talents are only exceeded by your longevity.

Wonderful series and we can only hope that you buy more tables or have a successful negotiation for the acquisition of said kitchen table.

Third time's the charm or so they say!(Who are they?) love it just as the others.

I'm terribly sorry for being so late. Haven't been able to steady my hands due to Tick's remarks, and I couldn't see through the tears, anyway.
I did notice the distinctively different grain patterns in the wood.
Or you just turned the table around?

Love Tick's comment, funny. Another beautiful painting on your table. It almost looks like a wonderfully painted old glass plate

You definitely have an artistic touch. We used to live behind an artist...had a carved wooden totem pole on his front porch and bought house paint on the cheap to do paintings on wood. Was selling some of his pieces through an art gallery...maybe in Chicago. Your wonderful paintings on wood reminded me of him.

How much would you charge to paint this on my back for a 3 day festival in San Francisco? It would have to be waterproof with a reasonable sun blocking factor.
