Roger pushed me in his hurry to get back down the stairs from the wishing well. This is where I ended up after bouncing off a few flights of stairs and going over a railing or three. I apologize to anyone I may have careened off on my way down. Once I remove the dentures from my backside and clean them up a bit I'll return them to whomever they belong.

Enjoy and your comments welcomed.

Rough and rugged looking beauty of nature here Wendell - love the warm russet tones.

Skitzo is never too far away from all of us here on Caedes, Wendell. Look at the bright side, if you had rode the railing down, you might be picking out splinters.
Cool post.

I like the colors and the textures here. You did get a very good shot.

So it wasn't Skitzo. It was Gizmo.

I'll admit on being a bit rusty on the Wendelese; so I'll bypass the narrative for now and concentrate on the image. You do have a knack with colors but my eyeballs are all over the place as I search for a subject in this cornucopia of nature. Back in the old days you at least placed a beer can that caught my eye. You are a lucky man to live in such a gorgeous area. I'm beginning to forget what water looks like here in the desert of the Central Coast of California.

Your worst is still better than most, and this is much better than your neighbor's dog. A solid 8.1 from me. Give me some time to get back in the swing of things. It's been too long.

The reason why the sun sets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB

'Hitting rock bottom' can be quite difficult, however, this looks pretty cool to me my Friend! A great view and composition with excellent color.

Very beautiful image! The wooden railing on the left adds to the shot.
