I am only going on the assumption that the brook was indeed babbling. Because I couldn't hear a thing over the incessant babbling happening between my ears when I took the shot. Sure I could have removed the ear buds from the mp3 player and drank in the full roar nature had to offer. Then I might have had a chance against what was lurking in the shadows. Which it turned out to be absolutely nothing at all. But nothing is always there until you least expect it. Then it's a good idea to start paying attention to what's going on around you.

Enjoy and your comments welcomed.

Beautiful capture, I like the light tunnel coming down so you weren't completely in the shadows there.

A beauty of a capture ... a place I'd like to be if it would ever stop raining. Very well done, Wendell.

Good detail , color and choice of subject. I like how the light is just off to the left and takes your eye through the picture, well done

So is a good comment all about the praise or is constructive criticism a good comment. all I see is people praising each other. I would would like real comments that help me with my work. That help me take better pictures. Perhaps camera settings, setup, etc.. Your thoughts on this?
