A time worn rock formation on the shoreline of the bay. When the tides come in the rock is completely submerged creating a hazard for the fish in the muddy waters as they swim blindly into it bumping their delicate noggins.

It is a guy taking a break from his work !!, cant you see him sitting there grinning in anticipation as he opens his lunch box and welcomes the brief rest from his toil?
