Some Venice homes, I increased contrast, a little brightness, saturation, then went grayscale. It was originally taken on a digital.

This image is really good - though I predict it will not do well on caedes. Black and white images are hard to sell here - people just want color. I like what you did with the photo, manipulating the saturation, and the original photo looks like it had a lot of potential to start with. Nice submission.

I love the vintage feel of this photo. Your touchups look so natural, and I really get the feel that I'm standing there in the 1930's. Venice is truly a beautiful place. I once had the opportunity to accompany an uncle of mine and a few of their friends to venice, however I had to put my funds to more productive use.
PS. I love the capture of the water. I've always loved the capture of B&W water.
