The Passeio Alegre (Happy Stroll) garden was builded in Romantic Style in 1870, this are marshy lands from the Douro river estuary. This flowers here are called "perfect love".

I can only see this in the smaller image Manuel as I get a red x when I enlarge it, but it is big enough for me to see how pretty the garden is - I love pansies and had four pots full of purple ones last year! it's a lovely image! well done! Patti

We call them pansies here in this part our world, but it doesn't matter what the name, they have such pretty faces. What a lovely place to take a stroll. Great shot.
