Here I was at about 2000 meters above the sea level and the top of the mountain his more than 3000 meters I want to go up there but the road was closed to the traffic.

Well, at least you were safe at 2000...It's interesting how that bit of cloud or mist is kissing the very top of the mountain. Makes for a mystical view.
