Why are you asking me? Is that what they are? lol Never had that on any bike I owned before. It appears to be in good condition and it is obvious it is a ladies bike and that seems to be all we need to know to get the whole picture. Just enough info to let us draw our own conclusions. An oldie but a goodie, they worked Dan that was fashioned after the front end on the bikes that were called Bobber’s. It was an old design like the leading link suspension.

People are like cameras--sometimes they lose focus.
That bike is sorta exactly like the one I had when I was a kid. Mine has grip streamers and a horn and bell though!

One handsome machine, yes they did work but not fast enough over the large bumps. They relieved some of the shock, but not all.
