I am crazy over hummingbirds. they are by far my fav bird. While they are here I keep 15 hummer feeders going and I get a ton of the little sweeties. So many that people slow down when going past my house to gawk at the hoard I have flying around.

Sandi you are a sweetie btw at the height of the hummer population here I was going through 3 gallons of brew a week :D this year I am aiming for 4 (don't tell hubby that one lol)

The thing that goes the farthest, towards making life worthwhile, it costs the least and does the most, is just a pleasant smile.
I've never captured a one of those hummingbirds yet. I guess I'll leave it to the professionals like yourself. Good job Holly.

excellent shot! these birds are a fav of both the wife & i. she makes stain glass feeders for them.(well sorta stain glass) not to mention the trumpet vines she's planted they so love. this picture has great action, clarity and color in the right stops. old barn wood window accents your framing to this photo nicely..well done!
