As promised, here is a shot from the main floor of Union Station, Nashville. They did a fantastic job restoring this historic building and is now a tastefully done hotel. One or two more shots to come.

Wow, stained glass and scrolled wrought iron! They seem to have spared no expense fixing this place. I love the choice of colors too. Very impressive and a fine shot of it, Mike.

Wow!! I see what you mean about the remodeling job they did. What a great place (and cheap too) to stay in Nashville the next time me and the boys are invited to play at the Grand Ole Opry. Since I don't play an instrument and can't carry a tune, I'm not holding my breath as I wait for the invitation.

Beautiful capture of some amazing architecture. This is probably the one time a fish eye lens would have come in handy. A solid 8.5 out of 10 from me.

What a beautiful building this is, and it's a hotel! Looks like it would be worth it just to walk through it, and check out this fantastic structure. Tigs♥ =^..^=

You and your new('ish) camera seem to be getting along quite famously, Mike.

Colours are wonderful. Vibrant is an understatement and more so, very natural.

Clarity and focus are good good.

Caveats?

Lil' bit of perspective distortion.

Lil' bit.

You could, or not (as this is indeed some nit picking on my part here) try messing with the Transform functions in Photoshop (Warp, Perspective).

Or.. perhaps, more appropriately ... Filters' -> Lens Correction.

That said..

Nicely handled the exposure as well.

Good good stuff. :o)

Some people have Gurus, I have my camera. Through the cam lenses I have learnt to deeply perceive life, not only to see, but to look at all expressions of nature, becoming able to read the poetry of the flowers, receiving the embrace of the trees and flying above the clouds without wings! - Susie Sun
