The brownish background sets off the intricate design nicely. The white patterns remind me of a handcrafting technique called 'tatting'. Lovely work Bruce. I like.

That it has a parabolic shape is clear to me, but why it's a parody is not clear to me up till now, but giving art a title is up to the artist.

Mathematical it is and very intricate too.Love the background colour it makes a nice marriage with the centre design.Plus the two tone colours help make it stand out as well.
