Thought I might surprise you with a little manipulation of a picture I took with my Samsung Captivate cell phone camera. I loaded a neat little feature from the 'app' store which applies various looks to your image and then I took the image and tweaked it more in Paint.net. Hope you like:):) This is near where Sue works in Livermore, Ca.

I do like this. As it happens, I've been taking some of my old pics and trying to do something like this by hand. I hadn't thought of using an interior subject, but I'm sure going to try one now! :)

Looks marbelized, Bruce. Neat idea. I like it. Looks like a well stocked restaurant.

Now that's a switch. Usually the sketch comes BEFORE the finished work. ...Ed

Listen, how much longer do I have to wait for a table? This place came highly recommended and I have some important clients to entertain. Interesting manipulation of your photo, Bruce. Nice crisp lines (and outlines) in this creation.

The difference between a bad artist and a good one is: the bad artist seems to copy a great deal; the good one really does. ~William Blake

Great "Illustration" look going here. Amazing how simplifying this photo to the n’th degree did nothing to cause it to lose the feel of the place. Well done.

Emptiness is not nothingness. It is simply the opposite of full of it.

Now this is so COOL, really love the final results and makes it look like a pencil drawing. Bravo
