Taken in late April of this year. With record snowfall like many other parts of the country there was plenty of snow as you can see. Shot Taken looking west from highway 50 looking across to the the west side of the lake where Desolation Wilderness lies just on the other side of the mountains in the distance. Enjoy:)

Wow this is one outstanding looking photography and the colours, especially the blues are so crisp and fresh.The lake as a beautiful light running across it and so glassy looking too. The mountains with the snow are stunning,plus the shade patches in the lake had a lovely feel to this photo as well.10/10 On it way to the art council this is a keeper.
