I think the women park on the 3rd level BB. I'm guessing they are toy cars for sale.

I see there's still a little space left on level two. They should be able to squeeze a semi-truck or two in there no problem. I say cal the police to help clear up the matter, but I see they're already in the thick of things. A fun capture, Bruce.
