Although this is not my family, it looks not only nostalgic but very familiar as well. A precious pictuce from a long time ago, Bruce. You have to treasure it, mate.

These ancient family pictures sure bring almost forgotten memories to the surface.I have quite a few.Good work, Bruce. Better make a batch of them to pass on.
Thanks for sharing your family with us Bruce. While modern day technology can achive the same "old-time" appearance, there is nothing that can match the real thing. I like the expression on your brother's face as he had to face the sun for the shot.
Wow thanks for sharing this beautiful old photography and what I love about this shot is the cloths of them times and especially the lady's like your mum hair style it was the years when family's were close and in bad time the would stick together and knew how to entertain there self.Again thanks for this outstanding photo and some memory's that came back to me from my mums days .
I see now where you inherited your fractal skills. Clearly you were fascinated with the water stains and ink blobs from an early age.
A nice family portrait Bruce. A nice glimpse of the good old days. Now is that the grandmother that used to wrestle bears as a hobby or am I thinking of someone else?
My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
Thanks for sharing.
