This is a fav for me, I have a collection of four wireless sets one of which is being repaired by me. Seeing Cs comment above I should mention that valves [tubes] are still available to buy if you know where to look.
I love old radios such of this. I wish I had the means and patience to restore them if I had such a unit. Back then, most of the time if it stopped working, all one would have to do is open it up and look to see which tube wasn't lit and change it.
