When we had our garden in the community garden area of Walnut Creek a few years ago we had this visitor literally eating out of our hands. He loved peanuts and would come right up to us and take it out of our fingers and immediately go hide it nearby or sometimes in another part of our plot which was only about 25 X 30 feet. This went on for about 5 years!! We loved it!!!

Bruce, some birds have the capability to imitate the human voice. I don't know whether this one was able to so so. In the confirmatory way, think it would have expressed its gratefulness for the given treats.

A wonderful and well timed capture, Buddy! Thanks for that.
