Bruce, when I look at your fine picture the saying "I can't see the Wood for the Trees" comes into my mind, 😁 . (just kidding of course)
I see clearly that the Fall is inevitable to come. This doesn't evoke only some nostalgic feelings in me, but it's the season with wonderful Fall tones as well.

These are the hikes and scenes that draw the souls of my wife and I. In recent years the effects of diabetes in my feet have shortened those hikes, but on good days I can still get in a few miles. When I can't I am reassured by photos like yours, Bruce, so thanks for that.
