Prepare in a casserole 4 courgettes. Cut them very thin.
Add few butter and olive oil.
Keep a very slow cooking.
Add some hot water to this with few salt.
In the meantime in another pot bring the water to boil and put the spaghetti there with salt.
When ready (taste them, it is better), remove the water, add the above composite, few pepper and pecorine cheese.
