This is a nice sky, trees, water study...however it might be just a tad dark. I think I can make out a building on the right, but I'm not sure. Perhaps coming a bit closer would convey the sense of the location while clarifying it. I love your sky and clouds!

I think more sky or more sea would be better. Use the 1/3 2/3 rule. The scene in itself is not dramatic, but broad scenes like this rarely are, unless you get spectacular sun/cloud/water effects. The water makes a nice abstract pattern.
