This is another Bryce 5 from a few months back. One thing I can't seem to do in Terragen, is make a "Cave". That's why I went to Bryce 5. This is the result. Thank you for looking.
What a romantic and secluded locale. The heart-shaped entryway and the empty boat might suggest that a young couple has snuck off for a secret rendezvous further within. The birds playfully chasing one another is yet another symbol that love is in the air! Add in the timely and sensual sunset... and well, you have the perfect ingredients for *amour* to blossom.
Not sure if all of those feelings were intentionally designed... or if that is just what I'm picking up from the picture. Either way... it's really nice work!

Like the image and concept Greg. Personally I would have liked a bit more of the detail within the cave. The total darkness to me seems to overpower the image. This coming from someone who has no idea how these wonderful images are produced ... nor how much time and effort is put into their coming to life.
now did you edit in those gulls in the picture or did you actually capture that in the shot...hehe... you know how hard moving birds are to capture, lol dAVE
The origianl Image was rendered in Bryce 5, basically as you see it.
There was Extensive post work in Photoshop...
Yes Dave, the seagulls and the boat, are post work in PS... and, there was some water work done with the Flaming Pear filter, also in PS. The Photoshop "Clone Tool", is an amazing "Fix" tool. :-)
I love your Taraus "romantic" smoosh, bein I'm a romantic too. Neat take, I like what different people see in an Image. that what MAKES the Image...different takes...
My "thoughts", when I made the image were...
I was out snorklin around the cliffs on a slack tide, and came across this cave....and, an abandon boat....in this mysterious cave.
Thank you all, for your comments...AND for takin the time to look. Appreciated.
I think this is really pretty, and I love the romantic atmosphere, but I am having some difficulty with the direction of the light coming into the cave. It seems to be inconsistent with the location of the sun. Well, it's probably just me--it is getting kinda late.
