This is a naturally framed (i.e the frame formed within the fractal)
fractal that I thought was quite stunning and wanted to share with the community. Hope you find it as pleasing as I do.
I agree: stunning design and concept in some of my favourite colours. My reservations concern its rough appearance. The larger pieces do not look smooth to me (but do look as though they should be), but the main distraction is the way the detailed parts disintergrate somewhat. This could be my monitor, eyes or both, mind you (I have just been told I badly need new glasses!). It might also be viewing at the 1024x768 size that's done it.
Anyway, I think if you could solve that problem, this would be really fantastic. Not that it isn't nice as it is, but I sense it has the potential to be so much more. I'd be interested to know what programme(s) you are using.
Well, I have to respectfully disagree with margali on this one. I think that the larger aspects are very smooth and the inner aspects are "rough" in the way that fractals sometimes turn out, and I don't find that unpleasant in the least. I think you did a very nice job on this and it's stunning in its colors and its presentation.
