I like the contrast with busyness of the background foliage and the stillness of the deer. hmmm... I'm not sure what to make of the trash (a plastic bottle?) on the ground just in front of the deer! Did you know it was there? Given the beauty of the rest of the shot, it is particularly sad to see that there.
