Again one of my personal favorites. I know this shot is far from being technically perfect. However, I still do love it very much because of the light and darkness, that beautiful old lady and the overall mood: like on old painting. Taken at the open air musuem of Bokrijk/Belgium. Thank your for viewing and commenting. Frieda Felicia

Very excellent work. I wouldn't worry about the "technically perfect" aspect. I suppose if it was, it wouldn't be art ;) Nice job.

I've been there, it's a very charming place and even before reading the description I thought "reminds me of Bokrijk". (I have a photo in my gallery that I took in the village called "House of Old"). Well done!

I love it [OK am not much of an expert] but as a proof I included it in my own folder of the top desktops of all times and of the world !!! HOWGH.

Stunning capture, Frieda! Indeed, like an old painting. I love the feeling I get when viewing it, with it's old world charm, the colors and spectacular play of lighting. The lighting really makes for an overall softness to the image. Excellent in my eyes, and I have made it one of my faves as well! Thank you for sharing :)
