One of my first tries at B&W photography. I also tried to frame the shot using some of the natural foliage to give a window type perspective. Oh, and the scenery is courtesy of Spanish Banks in Vancouver, BC.

Congrats on your success at a b&w! It looks to have been a very beautiful day. I believe that in order for it to appear more like a window view, you would have to crop in more from the right side. But really, I love just how it is. I would also like to see it in color. Well done!

Hey that’s a pretty decent monochrome you have there. I think the framing would be more effective if you cropped through the middle of the dark foliage at the bottom. It looks like a pleasant place to relax for a while.

There are three colours, Ten digits and seven notes, its what we do with them that’s important. Ruth Ross

Maybe I'm just a B&W junkie, but I love what this photo captures. I feel transported.
