This was Christmas 1982/1983 not sure, but one of those years. I had snooped and found this present under my parents bed a couple weeks before and tried to act surprised when I opened it. I was so glad I didn't get a VIC20, the Commodore64 was "The hip computer" of the time.

Oh my goodness! We had the VIC20 and the Commodore64! My son learned to program on the latter, and it was the beginning of his future career. lol What a great memory for you, Alex. Thanks for sharing!

I didn't get into computers until the mid 90's.

Good blast from the past.

I think I saw that computer on a T.V. show last summer.
Who knew the show was about what you are holding????

Priceless, made me chuckle. Did they ever find out if you found it before Christmas back then?
