In light of the tragic accident at Disney World, a little boy was attacked and killed, I took a picture of the sign right outside our patio. This sign has been here since we moved in. Alligators reside in all Florida fresh water streams and lakes. Most of the time you don't realise they are there but care must be taken before taking a dip. Alligator attacks are fairly rare and most times alligators will go out their way to avoid you.

Your narrative 'reassures' me, Alex (please notice the quotes), but I wouldn't take the risk. Imagine that they didn't have read the 'do not feed' sign (lol) and would see me as a tasty snack. Probably they finally would say: 'Yummie, yummie.'
