We went to Cinderella's castle (The restaurant is in the actual castle you see at Disney World) for Valentine's day lunch and one of the princesses stopped by and I had my picture taken with her. Not sure which one she is though.

Alex - Many years ago, we took our young children to DW and planned to eat dinner at the castle. My daughter, age eight, told her brother, age five, that he had to behave because we were going to be dining with a princess. When she saw the princess, my daughter was speechless, mouth gaping. Looking back, the princess didn't pay attention to me as she did you - I'm jealous. ;-)
No, we stayed the night and left the next day. Driving on I-4 is so stressful, you need a day to recoup from it. :) I can get to our place to Disney in about an hour, but it's a stressful drive with all the crazies on the road.
