This picture was taken February 28th 2022, the last day at my work after 17 years. After years of back breaking work and dealing with a deteriorating physical condition, I stepped down as I was having difficulty doing my job. I left on good terms and have been figuring out my next step. The forklift I am sitting on has no suspension, and every bump wrenching your back. I hope all is well with everyone.

Alex, thanks for letting us know about your situation.
Health is the most important in one's life. If health prevents you from being able to do your job any longer, there is no other option to step down. It's nice to hear that your resignation comes with good terms, because that reduces worries for the future.
I hope you find good alternatives to spend the rest of your life meaningfully. I wish you all the best in this.
