Hi to all my Caedians! I realise it's been forever and a day since I have last been on Caedes. Whew! Where to start? I really hope all is well with you all. Since last February after leaving my job of 17 years I have been exploring different avenues where I would be a good fit and enjoy my time. I have been keeping my skills current and despite the labour market being hot not a lot of people seem to be hiring, or not those at my age. I have a plan B yet I would love to be part of something where my skills and hard work can be useful. Enough of the TMI and whining. Here in Tampa there is a sculpture titled the recyclosaurus. It's been a part of north Tampa since the 1980's. Every time a hurricane would pass by aside from assessing the damage to our home, we would go and check to make sure the sculpture survived the storm. LOL.

Alex, good to see you back again. Hope you're doing well!
Thanks for this fine capture of this 'recyclo'saurus sculpture.
In the far, far, past probably the impact of a giant meteorite on Earth has put an end to the lives of these similar giant 'critters'. So I suppose that a hurricane, however violent but not comparable to the event already mentioned, isn't sufficient to make it disappear from its pedestal.
But we have Alex to check if that's really the case, 😁 !
Nice and good photograph!

If you think you can't accept something, try to change it. But if this doesn't work, don't be frustrated, but give it later another try. The one who perseveres wins! Please CLICK HERE to see my journal! Feel free to save my images or to add them to your favorites.
