A typical scene along the ultramarathon route. I like the ingenious way the mothers here secure their little ones - as the mother did here - by laying the little one on their back, draping a shawl over them both and tying it tight in the front. Afterward they stand up and you can see the result, a wonderful baby sling!

Another good shot from your ultramarathon Allie. How nice of them to give the runners support. I find it interesting that a Pepsi bottle was on the ground in your first post and a Coke sign here. :)
Thanks for sharing this experience. I love people shot.

Comment unto one another as you would have them comment unto you. If you like comments, you need to comment some yourself.

Thanks again TicK. I always accompanied my husband on his ultras in the states, this was the first major one since we moved here, and it was a unique and unforgettable experience. It's funny, I had noticed the Coke sign, but I hadn't realized the bottle in the other photo was a Pepsi bottle. Here in Mexico everything is covered in advertising (even team t-shirts that you buy!)

From quiet homes and first beginning, Out to the undiscovered ends, There's nothing worth the wear of winning, But laughter and the love of friends.

An interesting looking photo. Good clarity and focus. The blurred white line above the coke sign is a bit distracting. Thanks for sharing.
