I really never get flowers very often from anyone...so decided to buy myself a rose just so I had something to watch bloom and open and take pictures of! Why does a woman need a reason for anything anyhow? <grins>

You did a marvelous job with this image of that beautiful rose. It looks like a Hallmark card. Beautiful lighting, color, and clarity. Perfect.

You're right! A woman doesn't need a reason! (smile)I get myself flowers to put on my table all the time. Now that it's springtime I can find wild flowers that are free! And I even use grasses in nice tall vases!lol THis is a beautiful photo of a beautiful red Rose. Love the little droplets. And by the way, I didn't welcome you to caedes yet..SO...Welcome!!..Verena
