To Haunting: pssst..steeples don't glow.

This is the very best work I have personally ever seen from your talented eye and imagination..I feel as if you are finally lifting out of despair and into hope, and I don't mean because of the church...I'm talking about the light and life you've given to this darkened scene...YES!!

Great job and I'm glad you are on the other side. A long hard stride, my friend. :)

Lol @ why doesn't the cross glow at the steeple?

Annnnd ... you get a bye from me on any caveats on your piece here.

Exceptional ... exceptional mood and feel to your image Micheal.

I particularly like the reflection of the moon on the land. And that it's presence in the sky is obscured. Balance being the operative word I think. Had the real moon been more of a focal point ... think that the viewers would be a little visually confused as to where to look.

This works ... and works well.

This word seems to come to the forefront of my mind whenever I view your work ... visceral. (Certainly evocative could be another.)

Yeah ... well done Michael.

And but of course ... thanks for sharing. :o)

I have little understanding of how this was done and quite frankly until I viewed it full screen wondered why you were so pleased with it. Having viewed it full screen ... I now wonder what is wrong with ... ME? It's an excellent piece of artwork and you should be more than "pleased" ... you should be "proud".

Just an old "Grampa" who still has a Kodak "Box" camera kicking around the attic ... learning and enjoying the wonders of modern digital photography.
