A very intereting panorama. The sky and the foreground seem a bit close in color...thinking a bit more variation may accent the picture even more!

I like the reflection in the water and the sky is great!It looks like a real sky :)

You put in a lot of detail work with the mountain on this pic which comes out very well. I have never seen a digital rendition that displays the line between water and shore and between sky and mountain really well; this one is probably as good as it gets. You do have 4 identical trees; perhaps this problem can be solved with some post-editing (break a branch off, clone another one on, etc.) Actually, I think I can see where you did adjust a couple trees somewhat. Interesting concept, reminds me of a forest fire.
