I love night time shots, and as this one goes, technically it's really pretty good. More than Las Vegas, you're focused on the traffic (front and center) and you can find that in any city. I think a focus on the strip, one side or the other might have made an interesting shot.
Not that I want to argue with alexis, but the traffic is my favourite part of this picture (especially the blurred moving cars). The trouble I have with this shot is that so many things are fighting for my attention. The stopped traffic, moving traffic, building signs, the other bridge...as it is the center of the shot, and the sky. As a touristy shot it's nice and clear and you caught a lot of what was going on. If you wanted this to have a more artistic feel I would have focused more on one of the items of interest (tilting the shot down more, just above the bottom of the statue of liberty, would have focused my immediate attention to the traffic, with a more subtle Vegas background) or to agree with alexis, you could have shifted the attention to some other aspect of the shot. Keep them coming :)
It's a nice picture with the traffic in front. I like the traffic on the picture the most, but it is hard to recognize it is las vegas. But it's still a nice picture!
