Surprised this has so few comments... it's very well done. I like the fact that the foreground is so completely dark, no ugly pixelated articles visible anywhere. Did you have to edit it, or increase the contrast perhaps to get the black to be so consistent? The clouds are very interesting. I guess if there was anything I could ask for here, it would be a bit more color in the sunset; but there are already alot of great sunset images like that here, this is something a bit different which I always like to see. Well done.

it's one of those shots which forces you to imagine what the underexposed area actually is. if it's at least half as beautiful as the sky, then it must truly be a wonderful place:) great job!
