So i am resolved to start posting more work of the beautiful city i live in. At the moment this is the only one i have and i am awaiting a day of benevolent weather to shoot the others. So here is a taster of the stunning Georgian architecture of Bath. This is from The Circus, a circle of huge terrace houses.

Like they tell perspective, young authors, "Write what you know." I'm happy to hear that you are embracing the beauties and varied subjects of your home. Let's face it...a visitor to Bath is just going to spot the usual tourist spots and take shots of what everybody else shoots. You have the advantage of knowing where the locals hang out, where the dirty little secrets are kept, the personality of the back alleys and little shops that only a handful of the locals know about. When somebody shows up in San Luis Obispo County, he shoots a few photos of Morro Rock and maybe a winery or two. I know all of the country roads and where the real sites are.
On a related matter, this shot is a winner. A unique perspective, fabulous colors, excellent detail work. Who could ask for more?
