You have done such a great job capturing MY lilac bush. Everything is perfect, lighting, composition, color. You name it and you did it well. This is my FAVORITE FLOWER, and of all the flowers I have here in Florida, sadly to say, I cannot grow my Lilacs. In Jersey, I had lavender and white lilacs bordering my property and the aroma was breathtaking. This is ONLY THING, I miss about Jersey.

Every morning I will rest my arms a while upon the windowsill of heaven, gaze upon God, and with that vision in my heart turn strong to meet my day.

So pretty. When I lived in Germany we had a lot of lilac, and now in our new home, there are actually FOUR lilac bushes! One is deep purple, the other is pale lavender and then two are white. They are in full bloom right now. Sooo gorgeous. I will try to take some pictures in the next couple days. This is such a pretty photo of yours. Isnt it great how gorgeous it smells?

Lovely photo! Our neighbor, Dr. Parrish, had a long row of
tall lilacs in his front yard. This photo reminds me of this
wonderful childhood memory!
