Nice job here. I like the effect of the selective desaturation, but one of it's drawbacks is the occasional degradation in spots. Here, it seems to have affected a few different streaks on the petals. An easy fix of cloning would cure this, and be worth the trouble.
Having said that, I really do like the color scheme here, and the resulting visual impact.
