I like the idea. If the trees were not overexposed this would be great for any desktop. I'd crop the top of the calender to show the month and let others enjoy the view.

Lovely idea and i really like the inclusion of the calander month! As with the above comment i agree that the shot is quite overexposed and the contrast is just a bit too much. I like the shot but its very difficult to balance the light on a bright day such as this one and not have the person viewing the image squinting. A lovely idea that needs some tweaks in my opinion.
