Gosh...it must be nice to be this far along in the greening up process.

I love to find old buildings like this, as you probably know.

Nicely done.

We don’t make art to show someone what something looks like. All this requires is eyes (or a lens). Art is supposed to have meaning, emotion, power, or magic. Alan & Mario "FourThirds"

Well sir...I sees that my cuzin Jasper has done some roofin' work for ya. He's pretty handy, ain't he? If you woulda asked him, he just might a stuck some duck tape over that there hole in the front, too. But, I can understand that in these here times, we jist ain't got the cash for everythin'. If you wants, I'll send him back, and do the job for a couple of cans off brew. How's that sound? ....Very nice picture, sir.

Just going to jump in here with both feet firmly planted ... in my mouth. :oP

Kidding a bit. Hope you don't mind my words to follow ...

First, I like the subject matter. And your camera seems more than up to the suggestion I would like to put to you, and it is this ...

If possible, revisit this setting. The textures of the wood of the structure are so nicely weathered. And given the setting of lush green foliage ... get closer and try a few different perspectives. This one is a diamond in the rough. Nice work ... however, the real and true character of the building is somewhat lost in taking in as much of the scene as you have done here.

Not trying to be harsh, I hope you understand that. There are some great lines and angles available and I do believe you could certainly kick this one up a notch or two by getting closer to your focal subject.

Sincerely hope that this opportunity is available to you. That said ...

Very nice colours, good exposure, good clarity and detail ... just need to get closer, in my humble opinion.

Drew me in for a closer look ... I say, mission accomplished. :o)
